The competition for high-speed Internet service has brought us lots of deals the last few years. In fact, whenever my DSL agreement ends, and I get charged full price, I just call up SBC, and they give me the latest "special offer".
Fortunately, I haven't had many issues to deal with - customer service seems to be the most common complaint people have when you read through the various forums and reviews. For me, so far, so good.
