These days computers are a part of our lives. And fast Internet access is practically a necessity. Finding good computer advice can often be confusing. So I have attempted to provide some basic help for beginners, in an easy to read format.

While I am not a computer professional, I have learned (often by trial and error) how to troubleshoot basic computer problems, and to get the most out of my computer. So I decided to share these tips, and hopefully help the average computer user to learn more about their computers.
